The preparation of flamed salmon on the WARRLICH flamed salmon board creates a wonderful smoky aroma and makes the salmon uniquely tender and juicy. The preparation is very simple. The fish is clamped to the board with the metal bracket. Soak the flamed salmon board in water for about an hour before use, then stick it on the edge of a fire bowl or other grilling device. The fillets are cooked and ready to eat after around 60 minutes.
